Here’s a workaround how to activate Windows 8.1 without using any cracks, hacks or third party software.
The workaround uses the Slmgr-Script and WMI. For details see the page Slmgr.vbs Options for Volume Activation on Microsoft TechNet.

Follow the steps here:
Open a elevated command prompt and execute
slmgr /ipk "KEY"
…even if this command returns an error. Now execute this:
slmgr /skms kms.xspace.in
Finally run this command:
slmgr /ato
Now Download This KMS Activator and after download ope n zip file and right click on KMS 8.1 and run as administrator. Now Follow all steps which is showing in KMS 8.1 Activator. If you want to activate windows 8.1 then type 1 and hit enter. Wait for some time.
Now Windows 8.1 should be activated.
